There are so many diets and exercises that will make you
lose weight instantly but does it last for a long time? Many have tried and
failed in keeping that constant weight for a long time. It seems that the more
you lose weight in a couple of months you likely to gain the double the weight
that you lost. Irritating, isn’t it? I, for instance, would love to be on the
weight loss plan which helps me to keep that body shape for a long time with
minimal hard work. What if I told you that you can keep your body shape without
any need of dieting and exercise! This will come more of a shocker than a
surprise because if someone could just lose weight without dieting and exercise
it would be a dream come true for many.
Peta Carige,
the sports nutritionist shed some of her views and knowledge about on how to
keep the constant body shape for a long time. She specialises in creating
maintainable and artistic goals so that her clients live a healthy life for a
long term. Peta says that the secret to keeping the weight at balance is to
change the daily eating habits.
You have to make common eating habits by consuming every day healthier food and drinks. It is an easy and not a tedious
work which will help you ditch those extra calories. Minimise the sugar intake
in a day by consuming a small coffee with no sugar instead of large coffee with
sugar. Mainly you should look at what you snack on because the tiny snacks with
loads of calories could be the main reason for those extra fats on your body.
Avoid afternoon tea and replace it with avocado, grain crackers, a tub of Greek
yoghurt which is highly packed with nutrients and healthy fat content. Have
sprinkle nuts because that will give you more lasting energy and help you avoid
binge eating in the late evening or night.
First, identify the core problem of you putting on sudden
weight, is it because of hormonal changes, stress, junk food or lack of
exercise. When you will identify the real problem just work on it and you will
start reducing your weight. Drink plenty of water in a day and if you don’t
have time to exercise then at least perform 5-minute stretch exercises in the
morning every day. Happy Health, Happy Living!
