Losing weight is one of a hectic thing to achieve but the
bonus that we expect that is it should be a long term for a short lived
exercise or diet plans. Half of the world diseases are linked to obesity and
over weight problems with life threatening sicknesses.
Now to live a healthy life one has to learn to diet
smartly and exercise by having the patience for a realistic goal. Nothing will
happen overnight and also not in weeks except on those cases where people take
pills and surgeries to remove the excess fats off their body. But it is not a
healthy choice to opt for this because it may come up with a lot of
complications later.
A lot of people choose various kinds of dieting regime
and some choose to fast for days by just living on water and juice. You may
become thin but there is no guarantee that you are still healthy even after
losing the excess weight.
According to the research up to 40 percent of the people
who try to lose body weight gain double of the weight that they lost in almost
2 years. This is a total bump and utter disappointment and sadness for the
people who work so hard for 6 months or a year just to gain double the weight
next year.
Weight loss can be prolonged for a long time only if you
do things smartly and not in desperately. It simply means that you have to
exercise and diet smartly by not choosing diets where you have to fast and
exercise every day rigorously. Weight loss not only focuses on the decreasing
the body frame but also it links to mental part of the body.
How
keep you weight journey consistent for a long time?
Choose diet plans for you where you don’t have to
struggle much by cutting down food or opting fasting for days but choose diet
plans that promote eating the right things at the right time. Keep a realistic
period for you to lose weight; don’t keep a time frame that will harm your
body. For eg: - There are some people who want to lose weight in weeks or a
month and when they do those people are most likely to gain weight faster in
following months if they stop exercising.
